The dates and times below show how most courses are conducted (suggested scheduling), but may be modified to accommodate your schedule so long as (1) the instructor, Edna L. Deeb, approves of date/times setting, and (2) the course scheduled is completed within one week from commencement, not exceeding two weekends in a row., i.e., courses may be scheduled over two weekends, if approved by instructor.

5 hours of instruction

DAY AND TIMES:

Sat. or Sun.	9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Short lunch break)
Mon-Thurs. courses:	1- day course scheduled from 3 pm to 8:30 pm (short dinner break); or 2-day course scheduled from 5 pm to 7:30 pm (1st night) & 5-7 pm (2nd night)

E.L.D. Mediation Services certifies that this activity has been approved for MCLE credit by the St. Bar of CA in the amount of 5 hrs.. with .25 hr. in Bias. This course requires two attendees per class.

-Learn the basics for mediation and conflict resolution, along with some negotiations.
-Learn relationship skills with communications and conflict handling assessments.

Days and Times are subject to availability of the instructor. 800.58.MEDIATE (800.586.3342). All fees are paid in advance with registration. Cancellation fee: 50% of course fee any time before one week prior to class. Any time thereafter up to and including the class date and/or failure to complete course, no refund. No exceptions. This offer (prices and course dates) expires February 1, 2011, unless otherwise agreed to by the instructor, Edna L. Deeb.
