-Learn the basics for mediation and conflict resolution, along with some negotiations.
-Learn relationship skills with communications and conflict handling assessments

ETHICS-WHAT YOU MUST KEEP, MAY OR MUST NOT TAKE, AND WHAT YOU MUST NOT HAVE
This course includes: Professional Integrity: Rule 1-100; Confidentiality: Rule 3-100; Client Property and Gifts: Rule 4-300 and Rule 4-400; and, Sexual Relations with Client: Rule 3-120 (so not to be offensive, this portion of the course is brief and focuses mainly on members and clients who already have a relationship)
